WHAT HAPPENS DURING AN EYE EXAMINATION

The examination takes about 30 minutes.
We will check to make sure your vision is good and determine if you need glasses or contact lenses.
We will look for signs of any health problems which may affect your sight, for example diabetes or high blood pressure.
The health of your eyes will be carefully examined inside and out, and retinal photographs taken.
Questions about your medical history and your lifestyle may also help with the examination.
Ultimately , you will know that your eyes are have had a thorough check up and an optometrist will discuss all the results with you.
